Travel Professional Academy bases its new travel agent curriculum on three foundations:
- Industry Knowledge: understanding the mechanics and logistics of travel, tourism and hospitality.
- Client Knowledge: understanding the role of the travel consultant in assisting the traveler, empathy and being client-centric.
- Relationships with Suppliers and Clients: developing relationships rather than being transaction oriented.
Each of our modules is based on sound educational strategies. Our marketing training has been developed and tested over a period of decades. Most importantly, every student is treated as an individual.
Travel Professional Academy draws on the resources of every major destination, airline, hotel company, cruise line and transportation provider, as well as travel industry associations to put together its curriculum and to assist with presentations to our students. Plus, we provide a large network of opportunities for further training and career development.
Curriculum and inclusions: The Travel Professional Academy program is supported with textbooks, telephone coaching, webinars, on-site training in Miami or Las Vegas and a training cruise.

An investment in your success
The entire course of training on our Curriculum page is $1,800 payable in one payment of $900 and then 10 monthly payments of $90. This covers all training, textbooks and testing fees.
With regard to optional trainings, transportation, meals and hotel rooms at the in person training and cabins for the training cruise are at the expense of student.
