Curriculum and inclusions: The Travel Professional Academy program for existing travel agents is an intensive course in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and is supported with textbooks, telephone coaching, webinars, an optional on-site training in Miami or Las Vegas and an optional training cruise. Monthly coaching calls keep you on track along with our webinar series.
